'The Breaths of the Wetland’ by UNDP in Iran to head to China fest

Iran documentary ‘The Breaths of the Wetland’ sponsored by a grant under the UN Development Program in Iran qualifies for the Handle Climate Change Filmfest, China.

Seyyed Vahid Hosseini-Nami’s film on an endangering wetland in Iranian province of East Azarbaijan made its way to the Chinese environmental filmfest.

The doc funded by Global Environmental Facility’s (GEF) Small Grants Programme (SGP) under the UNDP in Iran features animal and plant diversities within the Gurigol wetland.

‘The Breaths of the Wetland’ has been on the film screening schedule for GEF's SGP documentaries as well as Iran Int'l Documentary Film Festival Cinéma vérité.

The doc was made in collaboration with an association of wild life and marine conservation based in East Azarbaijan.
